تاریخچه شرکت نیک

Nik Company was founded in 1960, coinciding with the birth of the refrigeration industry in Iran, utilizing the technical expertise of Linde Company (Germany) in Tehran. Originally known as Persepolis, Nik began its activity with the production of display refrigerators, later expanding to meat, pastry, and ice cream storage refrigerators.

1960

Establishment of Nik Hvac & Refrigeration Company

In 1963, the first industrial cold storage facility in Iran, known as the Tehran Grand Cold Storage on Shoosh Street, was built and commissioned by Nik Company.

1963

Launch of Iran’s First Industrial Cold Storage

Following the passing of Mr. Karim Niknam, the company’s founder, his eldest son Mr. Davoud Ali Niknam continued his father’s legacy by expanding the production of commercial cold storage units and open-type refrigerators.

1969

Expansion into Commercial Cold Storage and Open Display Refrigerators

The Niknam brothers partnered and established “Niknam Refrigeration”, marking the beginning of a new phase of business expansion.

1971

Beginning of Niknam Refrigeration

With the introduction of industrial ice-making machines, the business of the Niknam brothers grew rapidly. Their equipment and expertise contributed to major national projects, including Karun Agro-Industry Company and Molavi Road Construction Company (Tehran–Qom Highway Camping Project).

1976

Production of Industrial Ice Makers

With the launch of a new factory in Beheshti Industrial Town and the official license from the Ministry of Industry, Nik Company began mass production of ice cream machines.

1984

Mass Production of Ice Cream Machines

Following its expansion and factory launch in Beheshti Industrial Town, Nik HVAC & Refrigeration Company was officially registered as a legal entity.
